Cast iron horizontal and vertical T-slot is a multifunctional fixture used in the field of mechanical processing for complex workpiece positioning.It is made of high-quality gray cast iron(such as HT250,HT300)as raw material,and is cast by resin sand casting,high-temperature aging treatment,and precision grinding.It has high strength,high rigidity,and excellent vibration resistance,and can withstand continuous loads during heavy workpiece processing.

Its structure is L-shaped and right angled,with T-shaped grooves arranged horizontally and vertically on two perpendicular working surfaces.The groove width and spacing are designed according to standardized specifications(commonly 10-40mm),and can be flexibly matched with T-shaped bolts,pressure plates,and other accessories to achieve multi-directional fixation of irregular workpieces.The working face has undergone precision grinding treatment,with a flatness error of≤0.02mm/m,a verticality error of≤0.03mm/m,and a surface roughness of Ra0.8μm,ensuring the positioning accuracy of the workpiece in both vertical and horizontal directions.

To ensure long-term stability,cast iron transverse and vertical T-shaped groove bending plates need to undergo 2-3 artificial aging treatments to completely eliminate internal stresses during casting and avoid deformation caused by environmental temperature changes or mechanical vibrations.Some models add reinforcing ribs at the edge of the T-shaped groove to further enhance the structural load-bearing capacity.When in use,the leveling bolt at the bottom can be used to quickly calibrate the level.The combination design of horizontal and vertical T-shaped grooves can meet the multi angle machining needs of workpieces without the need for frequent tool replacement.

This fixture is widely used in large-scale machine tool processing,mold manufacturing,heavy machinery assembly and other scenarios,especially suitable for complex workpieces that require simultaneous vertical and horizontal processing.It is an important auxiliary equipment to improve production efficiency and processing accuracy.
