Isometric Square Box

Isometric Square Box is a commonly used auxiliary fixture in mechanical processing, testing, and assembly processes. It is usually made of high-strength cast iron (such as HT250) through precision casting and mechanical processing, and has the characteristics of stable structure and strong rigidity, which can provide a stable support foundation for workpieces.

Its structure is in the shape of a cube or rectangular box, and multiple cushion boxes can be used in combination to support workpieces of different heights using the principle of equal height. The working surface is ground and processed, with small flatness errors and high vertical accuracy of adjacent surfaces, ensuring precise docking during assembly and ensuring the accuracy of workpiece positioning. Some cushion boxes are also designed with positioning holes or grooves to facilitate quick fixing and adjustment of position, improving operational efficiency.

The Isometric Square Box has good wear resistance and deformation resistance. After aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, it can maintain stable accuracy for a long time.
