Large cast iron bending plate is an indispensable precision fixture in the field of mechanical processing and inspection. It is made of high-strength gray cast iron (such as HT200-HT300) as raw material, and is molded with resin sand, melted at high temperature, and aged. It has high strength, high rigidity, and excellent shock absorption, and can withstand long-term heavy pressure of heavy workpieces without deformation.

Its structure is L-shaped and right angled, with two working surfaces precision ground. The verticality error can be controlled within 0.02mm/m, and the surface roughness reaches Ra0.8 μ m, ensuring accurate workpiece positioning. To adapt to different working conditions, bending plates are often designed with T-shaped slots, bolt holes, etc., which facilitate the fixation of various shaped workpieces through bolts or pressure plates, especially suitable for vertical positioning, marking or inspection operations in large machine tool processing.

To ensure accuracy stability, large cast iron bending plates need to undergo natural aging or vibration aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. When in use, adjusting the bottom leveling bolt can quickly calibrate the level, and with the help of tools such as a dial gauge, the positioning accuracy can be further improved. It is widely used in industries such as mold manufacturing, heavy machinery, and aerospace, and is a key auxiliary equipment to ensure the processing quality of large workpieces.
