Introduction to Cast Iron T Slot Base Plate (T-shaped Slot Flat Plate):
1、 Cast Iron T Slot Base Plate (T-shaped groove flat plate) is used as a benchmark for assembly, debugging, welding, and riveting of power machinery equipment. The surface has T-shaped grooves that can fix mechanical equipment.
2、 Cast Iron T Slot Base Plate (T-shaped groove flat plate) material: high-strength gray cast iron HT200-250, with a working face hardness of HB170-240. The casting has undergone two artificial annealing processes at 600 ℃ -700 ℃ or natural aging for 2-3 years, completely removing internal stress, maintaining stability, and good wear resistance.

6、 Surface treatment of cast iron T-shaped groove platform (T-shaped groove flat plate): The working surface adopts scraping and grinding process, and is inspected by coloring method to ensure flatness. The working face generally has T-shaped grooves, and long or round holes can also be machined according to requirements.

9、 Technical requirements for cast iron T-shaped groove platform (T-shaped groove flat plate):
1. The flat working surface shall not have defects such as sand holes, air holes, cracks, slag inclusions, shrinkage porosity, scratches, bumps, rust spots, etc. that seriously affect the appearance and performance.
2. The casting surface of the flat plate should be filled with sand and smooth, and painted firmly.
3. On flat working surfaces registered as level 0-3, sand holes with a diameter less than 15mm are allowed to be blocked with the same material, and their hardness should be lower than that of the surrounding materials. The number of sand holes blocked in the working face should not exceed 4, and the spacing between sand holes should not be less than 80mm.
4. The flat plate should be made of fine grey cast iron or alloy materials, and its working surface hardness should be 170-220HB.
5. Flat working surfaces should usually use scraping technology. The maximum allowable surface roughness Ra for a 3-level flat working surface processed by scraping is 5um.
6. The flatness tolerance of the flat working surface is specified in Table 2.
7. The flat working surface should undergo color matching inspection when using scraping technology. The ratio of the contact point area displayed after research is specified in Table 3, or the number of contact points in a 25mm x 25mm square area is specified in Table 3, and the number of contact points in any 25mm x 25mm area should not exceed 5 points.
