Coordinate Measuring Plate, also known as three coordinate flat plate, cast iron Coordinate Measuring Plate, cast iron flat plate, cast iron platform. It is a coordinate measuring machine platform.
The purpose of the Coordinate Measuring Plate is to be responsible for the operation of the coordinate measuring machine in the X direction.
Coordinate Measuring Plate material: cast iron HT200-300, with a working face hardness of HB170-240. After two manual treatments (manual annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years), the accuracy of using this product is stable.
The Coordinate Measuring Plate is the measuring reference plane of the three coordinate measuring instrument. Suitable for measurement and other work. Due to its nature of work, there is a particularly high demand for precision level structural stability. At present, the Coordinate Measuring Plate mainly produces materials such as cast iron or marble.
The Coordinate Measuring Plate follows the standard (JB/T7974-99), and the material is mostly gray cast iron HT200-300. It can also be customized with materials such as marble, ductile iron, cast steel, etc
The Coordinate Measuring Plate is used for various inspection work, as a basic plane for measurement, for machine tools, machinery, inspection measurement benchmarks, to check the size, accuracy, and positional deviation of parts, and to draw lines.
The production process of the Coordinate Measuring Plate includes drawing design, drawing review, model making, casting, manual aging, rough processing, manual aging, precision processing, manual scraping and grinding, appearance treatment, inspection, factory delivery, installation and debugging, acceptance, and delivery.
