The Layout Plate is manufactured according to JB/T7974-1999 standard,and the products are made into ribbed plate and box type.The working surface is rectangular,square or circular,and the materials are HT200-300,QT400-600,ZG15-45.The working surface adopts scraping and grinding technology,and V-shaped,T-shaped,U-shaped grooves,dovetail grooves,circular holes,long holes,etc.can be machined on the working surface.A flat plate is a flat reference measuring tool used for workpiece inspection or marking.When installing the tablet,adjust it to a horizontal plate and evenly distribute the load on each support point,with an ambient temperature of 20±5℃.Avoid vibration during use.
The manufacturing standard for Layout Plates(manufactured according to JB/T7974-1999)briefly describes the quality inspection of Layout Plates(Layout Plates):
1.The working surface of the Layout Plate should not have rust,scratches,bumps,or other appearance defects that affect its use.
2.The working surface of the Layout Plate should not have casting defects such as sand holes,air holes,cracks,slag inclusions,and shrinkage porosity.All casting surfaces should be cleaned of molding sand,have a smooth surface,and be painted firmly.Each edge should be blunt.On flat working surfaces with an accuracy level lower than"00",sand holes with a diameter less than 15mm are allowed to be blocked with the same material,and their hardness should be lower than that of the surrounding materials.The number of blocked areas on the work surface should not exceed four,and the distance between them should not be less than 80mm.
3.On the opposite sides of the Layout Plate,threaded holes or cylindrical holes for installing lifting facilities such as handles and rings should be provided.When designing the lifting position,consideration should be given to minimizing changes caused by lifting.
4.According to user requirements,after setting threaded holes or grooves on the working surface of the board,these parts should not have protrusions higher than the working surface.
5.Layout Plates(Layout Plates)should be made of high-quality fine-grained gray cast iron or alloy cast iron.
6.The hardness of the working surface of the Layout Plate(Layout Plate)should be HB 170-220.
7.The working surface of the Layout Plate(Layout Plate)should adopt scraping technology,and for the"3"level flat plate working surface,scraping technology can also be used.The surface roughness of the scraped working surface should have an arithmetic mean deviation Ra value of no more than 5um according to the contour
8.Layout Plates(Layout Plates)should undergo stability treatment and demagnetization.
Flatness of Layout Plate:can be divided into laboratory level,calibration level,and tool room level
Flat grinding of cast iron plates(Layout Plates):In the early days,people used three platforms to match each other to produce a true flat surface.A skilled and patient stonemason can produce an incredible level of flatness by performing multiple 90 degree rotations using three matching platforms without the need for any measuring instruments.
Flatness of Layout Plate:
1.AA level:Its flatness(μm)is 1+1.6D2(D is the diagonal length or diameter of the platform),used for highly precise measurements and commonly used in laboratories.a
2.Grade A:Its flatness is twice the error of Grade AA,and it is commonly used in tool inspection laboratories for the inspection of precision measuring tools.
3.B level:Its flatness is four times the error of AA level,commonly used in tool inspection rooms or on-site inspection of measuring tools or marking.
Classified by shape:ordinary flat plate(ordinary platform),circular flat plate(also known as circular flat plate/circular platform/circular platform),square flat plate(square platform)
According to surface technology,it can be divided into flat plates and T-shaped groove plates(T-shaped groove platform)
