Granite Inspection Plate, also known as granite detection platform, is an accurate reference measuring tool made of natural stone materials. It is an ideal reference surface for the inspection of instruments, accurate tools, and mechanical parts. Especially for high-precision measurements, due to its unique characteristics, cast iron plates are inferior. Granite is made from high-quality underground rock layers, which have undergone billions of years of natural aging and have a relatively stable shape, so there is no need to worry about deformation due to conventional temperature differences. After rigorous physical testing and selection, the granite material has fine crystals, a hard texture, a compressive strength of 2290-3750 kg/cm2, and a hardness of over HS70 on the Shore scale. More wear-resistant, acid resistant, alkali resistant, with high corrosion resistance, and will never rust. Due to its non-metallic nature, granite has no magnetic reaction and no plastic deformation. Its hardness is 2-3 times higher than cast iron (equivalent to HRC>51), so it has good accuracy retention.

Granite Inspection Plates are all relatively hard rock working surfaces with low temperature coefficients, and are basically not affected by temperature.
