Technical Parameter

Marble surface plate is a type of measuring tool with good practical utilization.From cutting and shaping,rough grinding to fine grinding in a constant temperature chamber,it requires good accuracy before and after(level 000=1×(1+d/1000)um,level 00=2×(1+d/1000)um,level 0=4×(1+d/1000)um,level 1=8×(1+d/1000)um,d is diagonal mm),suitable temperature(20±2℃),and better accuracy than cast iron platform.It is suitable for detailed inspection of instruments,fine tools,and mechanical parts.

Technical requirements for Marble surface plate:

1.There shall be no defects such as sand holes,air holes,cracks,slag inclusions,shrinkage,scratches,bumps,rust,etc.that seriously affect the appearance and performance of the platform working surface.

2.The dents or corners on the non working surface of the platform are allowed to be repaired.

3.The platform application is made of fine-grained and structurally dense materials such as gabbro,diabase,granite(biotite should be less than 5%,elastic mold should be greater than 0.6*10-4kg/cm2,water absorption rate should be less than 0.25%),etc.The working face hardness should be greater than 70HS.

The allowable surface roughness Ra of the platform working surface is 0.32~0.63um,and the side surface is 10um.

5.The flatness tolerance of the platform working surface is specified in Table 2.

When using the diagonal method or network method to test the flatness of the working surface of the platform,its plane fluctuation should be checked.

7.The perpendicularity tolerance of the platform side to the working surface and the perpendicularity tolerance of the two adjacent sides of the flat plate shall comply with the 12th level specified in GB/T1184.

8.The concentrated load zone in the middle of the platform working face,the applied rated load,and the allowable deflection value must comply with regulations.

It is recommended not to install handling handles for platforms at level 9000 and 00.

10.If threaded holes(or grooves)are set on the working surface of level 0 and level 1 platforms,their positions should not be higher than the working surface.

Operation of Marble surface plate:

1.Before use,the Marble surface plate needs to be leveled;

2.Wipe the board surface clean with a sticky alcohol cotton cloth;

3.Place the workpiece to be measured and related measuring tools on the Marble surface plate for 5-10 minutes until the temperature is adjusted,and then proceed with the measurement;

4.After the measurement is completed,wipe the surface clean and cover it with a protective cover.

Precautions for using Marble surface plate:

1.Do not knock or collide with the Marble surface plate;

2.Please do not place any other items on the Marble surface plate;

3.When moving the position of the Marble surface plate,it is necessary to readjust the levelness;

4.When placing a Marble surface plate,choose an environment with low noise,less dust,no vibration,and stable temperature.
