T-Slot Granite Table,also known as marble T-shaped groove flat plate.The marble T-Slot Granite Table is made of"Jinan green"stone material through mechanical processing and manual precision grinding,which has the advantages of high precision,long service life,acid and alkali resistance,and is not easily deformed.It is suitable for precision inspection,precision measurement,and precision marking work in the mechanical processing and component manufacturing industries.

T-Slot Granite Table,also known as marble T-shaped groove flat plate,requires identification requirements:

1.There should be no rust,scratches,dents,or other appearance defects that affect the use of the granite T-shaped groove flat working surface.

2.There should be no casting defects such as sand holes,air holes,cracks,slag inclusions,and shrinkage porosity on the working surface.Each casting surface should be cleaned of molding sand,and the surface should be smooth and painted firmly.All edges should be smoothed.

3.On the opposite sides of the T-shaped groove flat plate,there should be installation handles or lifting positions,threaded holes or cylindrical holes.When setting the lifting position,consideration should be given to minimizing deformation caused by lifting.

4.The tablet should undergo stability treatment and demagnetization.
