The CNC Welding Table is widely used in steel structures, various vehicle body manufacturing, rail transit welding, bicycle and motorcycle manufacturing, engineering machinery, frames and boxes, pressure vessels, robot welding, sheet metal processing, metal furniture, equipment assembly, and industrial pipelines (France).
Economy: The cost and time invested in specialized tooling for each product change can almost be waived. The device is easy to operate and stable to use. Users can quickly assemble different types of fixtures according to their needs, just like children playing with assembled toys.
Flexibility: The flexible 3D combination welding fixture platform has high load-bearing capacity and stable rigidity. Its five surfaces are machined with regular holes and engraved with wire mesh. The welding platform can be easily extended, expanded, and combined. The expanded standard countertop can be modularly positioned and clamped directly together. The universal functions of the flexible 3D combination welding fixture system are vividly demonstrated during the installation, adjustment, and positioning of workpieces, especially in the application of large workpieces. There are various assembly methods, and users can almost achieve the same positioning and clamping functions as specialized fixtures as long as they fully unleash their imagination. Quick assembly and easy disassembly; The workbench can be assembled and combined according to the shape and size of the workpiece. The design of the scale and module size on the table allows operators to quickly build the required tooling based on the workpiece size without using measuring tools.
Accuracy: Under a concentrated load of about 2 tons and 1 square meter, the deformation of the flexible 3D composite welding platform does not exceed 0.50mm. However, under a uniformly distributed load, the deformation is only 0.024mm, which can meet the needs of most welding and assembly processes. Its assembly accuracy is high, and the center tolerance of the positioning hole of the working platform is within 0.05mm. This high precision will be reflected in the products processed by the user, so this workbench can also be used as a reference platform for inspection tools.
Repeatability: The tabletop of the 3D flexible combination welding worktable is composed of cast iron/steel structural components/precision machined components/modular components, and its performance is very stable. If the components are damaged due to improper use, the entire worktable does not need to be scrapped, and individual components can be replaced at a very low cost. The welding platform has undergone special processing, and during the welding process, only low-cost anti spatter liquid is needed to eliminate welding spatter on the surface of the workbench.
Modularization: All components are classified, standardized, and serialized to match each other. By using fewer modules, various quick positioning and clamping functions can be achieved.

Φ 16 series platform: The hole tolerance is D10 level, and the locking pin that matches the platform is H7 level. The distance between the centers of adjacent holes is 50 ± 0.03mm,
There are three forms of workbench columns: height (divided into three types) with a load-bearing capacity of 2T, fixed (frame type) with a load-bearing capacity of 5T, movable (lifting type with a load-bearing capacity of 3T), and (brake universal wheel type with a load-bearing capacity of 1T).
