The core of a Modular Welding Platform lies in its standardized base modules, typically 500mm×500mm or 1000mm×1000mm in size, crafted from HT300 gray cast iron or D16 low-alloy steel. These modules feature a uniform grid of M16-M20 threaded holes and T-slots spaced at 50mm or 100mm intervals, forming a universal interface for attaching fixtures, clamps, and support components. Users can combine multiple base modules to create work surfaces of varying sizes—from a compact 1m×1m table for small parts to a large 5m×3m platform for heavy structural welding—without sacrificing positional accuracy, as module alignment ensures flatness within 0.08mm/1000mm across the entire assembled surface.
