Selection of T-slot Plates
Standard plates:6 pieces of 4m×1.25m T-slot plates(material:HT300 gray cast iron,precision grade 2,surface flatness≤0.02mm/m,T-slot specification:22mm×100mm spacing).
Reason for selection:The 4m length is easy to transport and store;1.25m width ensures sufficient bearing capacity(each plate can bear≥5 tons);grade 2 precision meets the flatness requirement for welding and drilling.
Splicing Layout
Arrange 3 plates in length direction(4m×3=12m)and 2 plates in width direction(1.25m×2=2.5m),forming a 12m×2.5m integrated workbench.
Connection method:Use high-strength bolts(M20)to fix adjacent plates through pre-drilled positioning holes(diameter 22mm)at the edges.The gaps between plates are controlled within 0.05mm by grinding the splicing surfaces.
Auxiliary Fixing
Install alignment pins(diameter 30mm,tolerance H7)at the splicing joints to ensure positional accuracy between plates(coaxiality error≤0.03mm).

Welding Stage
