Machine tool castings are one of the main methods for producing raw parts, especially for parts made of brittle metals or alloy materials (such as various cast iron parts, non-ferrous alloy machine tool castings, etc.), machine tool castings are almost a processing method. Compared with other processing methods, machine tool casting technology has the following characteristics:
1) Machine tool castings are not limited by metal materials, size, and weight.
