Installation and commissioning methods and daily maintenance of cast iron flat plates
Installation and commissioning method of cast iron flat plate:
1. Place the cast iron flat plate flat on the ground, adjust the stability of the four corners by hand, and fine tune the movable foot until it is stable.
2. Place the cast iron flat plate on the bracket and adjust its pivot position as close to the center symmetry as possible.
3. Adjust each foot initially to ensure even force distribution at each pivot point.
4. Use a level measuring instrument (such as a spirit level or electronic spirit level) to check the horizontal condition of the cast iron flat plate and adjust the relevant support points until they meet the horizontal position.
After the initial adjustment is qualified, let it stand for 12 hours before copying. If it is unqualified, it needs to be adjusted again. If it is qualified, it can be used.
6. After use, conduct periodic testing and maintenance based on the actual on-site environment.
Daily maintenance of cast iron flat plates:
1. In order to prevent deformation of the cast iron flat plate, four steel wire ropes of the same length should be used to simultaneously hang the four lifting holes on the cast iron flat plate during lifting, and the cast iron flat plate should be smoothly lifted onto the transport vehicle.
2. Place and level the support points to ensure even force distribution at each point, ensuring the stability of the entire cast iron plate.
3. During installation, the various support points of the cast iron flat plate should be padded and compacted with adjusting shims, and the technical personnel should adjust the flat plate to a qualified accuracy.
4. When using, handle the workpiece gently and do not move rough workpieces on it to avoid damage such as bumps and scratches on the working surface.
5. To prevent overall deformation, after use, the workpiece should be removed from the cast iron flat plate to avoid deformation caused by prolonged heavy pressure on the workpiece.
6. When not in use, the working surface should be cleaned in a timely manner, then coated with a layer of anti rust oil, covered with anti rust paper, and covered with outer packaging to prevent damage to the working surface caused by carelessness.
7. It should be installed in a ventilated and dry environment, away from heat sources, corrosive gases, and corrosive liquids.
8. According to the standard, regular weekly inspections are carried out, and the inspection cycle can be 6-12 months depending on the specific situation.
